Street Justice: Doin' what I can.

Hey all, did you miss me? I'm truly sorry for leaving you all hangin' for so long, but I am going through some transitions in my social and business world that have all but filled up my schedule. I have not given up on you, my loyal readers just yet though. Things will be back to normal by September 20th and I'll have a few new surprises for you by then also. So if you all can hang in there with me, it will be well worth the wait, I promise.

It would seem the market has stopped the bleeding since my last post. When I left you, the DOW was down 3 days in a row showing no signs of reversal. This week however is starting off much stronger(compared to last week) and the DOW looks to gain back some lost ground. There is talk in the financial world today also of Fannie and Freddie. It would seem some analysts are now saying that two GSE'S may not need to be bailed-out by the Fed after all. I guess all this means is that they really have no idea what to expect and thanks to a certain Hurricane named Gustov, any rally we may have seen due to the Freddie/Fannie news was stopped cold. That's right another mass of tropical weather has managed to throw a monkey wrench in the works. If Gustov were not going to have an effect on the US, I would have predicted oil dipping down to around $100 a barrel by the end of the week. Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait another week to see what's really goin on.

It would seem the dollar is for real. A week ago I was hard pressed to find an analyst that believed the USD's recent rally was anything but a fluke. They were wrong. Any of you that have been following Street Justice since it's inception will know that I've been bullish on a USD rally since June. So I was a little early on my call and lost a few bucks because of it, but I am soooo glad I was right. The amount of money I lost being early was nothing compared to what I raked in thanks to the comeback. We just gotta keep the faith, cause we ain't done yet.

I'm sure some of you noticed that I didn't provide any stock picks today. No, I didn't forget. I just haven't had the time to research that I wanted and refuse to recommend any stock I can't research fully. I must stress to all of you that Street Justice will be back and better than ever by September 20th and I ask that you hang in there with me until then, cause we're all in this together. Thanks for reading.
