Street Justice: 13,000 or Bust!

I've got to get to bed early tonight because fall semester starts tomorrow. Still, I managed to find a company you may wanna get in on before the week is underway(or soon after open).
The company is TACT/Transact Technologies and they design, develop, manufacture and sell world class transaction printers under the brand names Epic and Ithaca. The printers are used by customers worldwide for printing receipts, tickets(lottery and such), coupons and other specialty documents. TACT has customers in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. They have a market cap of $122 million. TACT has decent relative value and safety and killer relative timing. The yearly numbers(sales, net income and earnings) for TACT show they had some trouble, but based on the quarterly numbers(sales up 14%, net income up 142%), TACT has shown a turnaround. They are trading at 22 times forward earnings and have a 6% ROE. TACT is up(price) 113% over the past 52 weeks and 74% over the past month.
As long as oil and the dollar continue to cooperate next week, I think the market will be in good shape. It would seem as long as we can avoid the tri-fec-ta of rising oil, the falling dollar and rising gold, we can expect to see more healing.

Well, Forex trading opened 3 1/2 hours ago and the dollar isn't starting out the way I'd hoped. As a matter of fact we are down by at least 50 pips against virtually all major crosses. Not what I was looking for, but I'm gonna give it till the US market opens before I get worried.
